Wye Cylinder are based in Herefordshire and manufactures a wide range of hydraulic cylinders for a large number of different applications. We already supply to some very well known OEMs within a variety of industry sectors. We have a very comprehensive manufacturing facility, consisting of no less than twenty plus CNC machines, a number of which have some of the most up to date features such as :- automated loading systems, multi axis machining capability, touch screen programming. A number of our staff have in excess of thirty years experience in the design and manufacture of hydraulic cylinders and associated components. Other areas to mention would be our in house welding, auto welding, ultrasonic cleaning, and multiple assembly and test stations, where we carry out 100% pressure test to all our products prior to dispatch. We currently manufacture between 3000 & 3500 units per month. To compliment the above we have a stock range of standard double acting hydraulic cylinders that in most cases can be dispatched on a next day delivery service if required.
