Hire Desk Controller - Oxford

Job Title: Hire Desk Controller Location: Oxford Division: Plant & Tool Description: As an A-Plant Hire Desk Controller you will be responsible for providing our customers with a fast and efficient plant hire service. Primarily working on our hire desk, you will be striving to exceed customer expectations every time. Reporting into the Profit Centre Manager, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, organising transport, hire contract administration and processing payments and invoices. You will be customer focused, well organised, disciplined and able to work under pressure. Previous experience within a plant or tool hire role would be an advantage but not essential as training can be given.
