Large Castings Project – Successfully Completed This Month

Intercast are happy to announce that yet another large casting project has been successfully completed this month.

This is our largest machined aluminium component supplied to date.

– Aluminium beam in material 7075 Condition T5 machined from rolled plate.

– At 3.5 meters long and weighing 180kg

– Includes 2 cast and machined bronze bearings installed with bearing caps.

– All drilled holes fitted with stainless thread inserts.
