Abbey Manor To Build Speculative Scheme

Responding to the high level of enquiries from companies seeking to relocate to Solstice Park, Abbey Manor Group Limited is preparing to build a speculative industrial scheme on a two acre site within the 20 acre industrial and distribution zone recently purchased from APC. The new scheme, to be called The Beacon Centre, will provide units ranging in size from 2,000 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft and will be available on both a freehold and leasehold basis.
