Our FL-122 dual lane automatic filling system features 12 filling heads and twin-lane infeed, making it ideal for large batch runs and demanding production capabilities. Our FL-122 Automatic dual-lane filling machine optimises every filling cycle by eradicating bottle transfer time. It is designed to work with large batch runs of single container sizes. This filling system comprises of 12 servo-driven volumetric filling heads, a variable speed drive conveyor, and an easy-to-operate control panel. All liquid contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel. The filling nozzles can be set above the bottle mouth, within the neck of the bottle or fill from the bottom of the container and rise in sync with the liquid level to eliminate bubbling of foamy liquids.
