Our FL-222D servo system overflow filling machine is best suited for liquids of low to medium viscosity, and it is also ideal to fill very foamy product at high speed making it suitable for shampoos, foamy chemicals, cleansers, sauces, syrups, light gels and other similar liquids. Built-in flexibility allows customers to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 nozzles to be applied on the machine. This machine is designed with a double lane conveyor to boost the production speed with a “no waiting time” system. Servo system for machine height and width adjustment, and changeover can be simply done on the HMI. The FL-222D’s double lane filling stations enable the machine to achieve cost-effective production and high performance levels.
