The FLO Automatic L Sealer intermittent motion machines with an innovative L sealing bar moving in a vertical way, guarantee a perfect seal every time. The FLO L-sealer packaging machines are characterised by the L-shaped sealing bar, a single bar that vertically lowers with the same pressure on all the film points, unlike the traditional scissor type system. The vertical bar is only 10 mm thick and produces savings in film as the quantity of sealed film around the product is minimal, the vertical bar also guarantees a well closed, tightly sealed pack. FLO machines can all be combined with in-feed conveyor belts, pushers, loaders (shutter and rotary), shrink tunnels, out-feed belts and stackers etc. These machines are perfectly combined with our NEOS shrink tunnels.
