COVID-19 STATEMENT

Like so many businesses around the UK, indeed the world, we at Atlas Winch & Hoist Services have had to make radical changes to how we operate through this difficult time. The safety, health and wellbeing of our employees, their families and the wider community, along with making every effort to stop the spread of the virus is our top priority. We also want to do everything we can to provide our support to those customers and suppliers involved in essential and emergency work during this time. In order to do both of these things we are implementing some changes to our day to day operations. With immediate effect we will be suspending operations both in Biggar and Great Dunmow. However we will be available on the phone to assist with any enquiry, breakdown, emergency supply or hire required. • New hire or sales enquiries will be answered normally as far as is possible at present • Supply of any hired or sale equipment and / or parts will be by collection and prior arrangement only • Breakdown assistance, this will be firstly provided over the phone or by video call Site visits would only take place if deemed essential • Spare parts will be dispatched where possible or by collection and prior arrangement • We can still accept deliveries / off- hire or returns but only by prior arrangement Our main numbers will continue to be answered but if you can direct specific requests to the relevant persons below it will speed up our response to you.
