New Acquisition For Atlas Winch & Hoist Services

We are delighted announce that Atlas Winch and Hoist Services Ltd. have acquired the entire business, assets and liabilities of James A. Cuthbertson Ltd. Both companies, Atlas Winch & Hoist Services Ltd and James A. Cuthbertson Ltd will continue to trade independently with their existing structures and status. Company Registration Numbers, VAT numbers, Business Terms and Conditions, ISO and Quality Assurance Approvals, Public & Employer liability insurance, health and safety will all remain the same and the operational activity of both business will continue as normal. The acquisition generates complimentary strengths to both businesses and gives Atlas access to Cuthbertson’s full CAD design, fabrication and machining facilities. From the now combined 13 acre site we have the capacity for expansion, developing testing and winch training facilities. The joint resources will strengthen and develop both businesses and their respective products and services, allowing both Atlas Winch & Hoist Services Ltd and James A Cuthbertson Ltd to plan for the future.
