Staff Spotlight – Andy Ray For this Staff Spotlight we are highlighting the incredible team from the Servicing department. On this spotlight we shine a light on our Service Engineer - Andy Ray. Andy has been working at Biopharma Group for over 5 years now. His role within the technical and servicing team, covers a range of important responsibilities: Installation, service, calibration & fault diagnosis on the range of freeze driers supplied by Biopharma Group. Construction, calibration & certification of the Lyostat and MicroPress, from our Analytical instrument range. Engineering trainer for our range of training courses. Outside of work Andy hosts a lot of different interests and hobbies. Andy loves to work on small machinery maintenance, repairs & restoration of old machinery. Andy is a huge lover of the outdoors, with green fingers too with an affinity to gardening. He also has a huge passion for environmentalism & animal welfare. Plus, Andy is very partial to the World Ice Hockey Championships!
