Every time we launch an e-commerce site for clients, it intrigues me as the orders start to flow. E-commerce can work for you too! We decided to search for the ideal e-commerce solution. There is a lot of choice - from hosted packages at a low monthly cost (can be a good way to start but get very expensive as your needs grow - and you have to do most of the work yourself) to bespoke systems costing £10,000+. We believe we have found the best solution combining low start-up cost with the flexibility of more expensive bespoke solutions. Our approach is based on a commercially supported open source shopping cart system CRE Loaded which, in our opinion gives the best cost/functionality mix.
