Kitchen Refurbishment - The Bridge Lounge

The kitchen refurbishment at The Bridge Lounge in London was completed over a three week programme. Caterplan provided a complete turn-key package including all of the builders, M&E, interior finishes, decorations, ventilation system and catering equipment. Caterplan worked with the client to select equipment that would efficiently manage with expanding the menu and food sales side of the business. The most challenging aspect of the project was getting the equipment in through standard size doorways and into the first floor kitchen. Three door frames had to be removed and made good just to get the equipment in. Most important of all, the client and the chef are exceptionally pleased with the new kitchen. Nigel Guy, proprietor made the following comments”……This was a challenging project, logistically, with confined space and access issues. The Caterplan team worked well within those restrictions. The finished project has worked well and we are already beginning to see some of the benefits in our food sales and operation. Dan and his teams were very easy to work with which was an added bonus”
