CBS Packaging’s Essex plant has once again demonstrated its unwavering commitment to quality and safety by maintaining the prestigious AA+ standard for BRCGS (British Retail Consortium) Global Standards. What makes this achievement even more commendable is that the audit was unannounced, marking the first time our Essex site has undergone this rigorous assessment process without prior notice.

The BRCGS Global Standard for Packaging Materials is widely recognized as a benchmark for best practices in the packaging industry, focusing on quality, safety, and operational criteria. Achieving an AA+ grade, especially through an unannounced audit, reflects the highest level of compliance and dedication to maintaining standards that exceed the expectations of the industry and customers alike.

This audit put our systems, processes, and team’s readiness to the ultimate test. The outstanding result is a testament to the continuous hard work, diligence, and commitment of every member of our staff at our Essex plant.
