Compact and Bale Welcome New General Manager

Compact and Bale Ltd have always had a presence in the facilities management and shopping centre industries so they are delighted to welcome their new General Manager, Nick Jewitt. Nick may be new to Compact & Bale but he’s no stranger to waste and recycling having been Retail General Manager at ABM (previously GBM) for the last 12 years. Nick joined the team at Compact and Bale this month because ‘[he’s] known Steve since Compact and Bale was formed. We’ve done business together for the last fifteen years and I was one of his first customers! I always liked Compact and Bale’s values and honesty in business. I also know that having worked for 35 years in the FM industry I have a good understanding of our customers’ requirements.’ With years of experience in managerial roles and customer-facing environments, Nick intends to lead the company through the relevant ISO accreditations and ensure that Compact and Bale are as customer-focused as they can be, giving an insight on what it is like to be a customer. ‘Nick comes to us with insider knowledge. He knows exactly what it’s like to be our customer which is extremely valuable to the business,’ says Denise Wilton, Managing Director, ‘his expertise in the facilities management and shopping centre industries will allow us to further expand our customer base and give people the waste management solutions best suited for them. We are very excited to have Nick join and lead our team.’
