A line impedance stabilising network (LISN) is used to provide a defined impedance source on each input supply line to the EUT so that measurements of differential and common mode radio noise current can be made. The specified line impedance is conditional on the measurement socket being terminated with a 50W non-inductive resistor and the noise current is measured using a current probe.
