IP Testing

At Cranage EMC and Safety we are able to offer UKAS accredited Ingress Protection (IP) Testing. IP testing is used to test the resistance of a product to water and dust infiltration, as well as solid objects. We are UKAS accredited for EN 60529, which covers IP1X to IP6X and IPX1 to IPX8. Weights and dimensions that we can test up to are: Dust ingress- equipment size 1m x 1m x 1m and weight 80kgs Water ingress (spray/droplets)- equipment size 0.4m x 0.4m x 0.4m, weight 40kgs Water ingress (jet hose)- equipment size 1m (L) x 1m (W) x 1.5m (H). Weight 2000kgs Water ingress (immersion)- equipment size 0.95m (L) x 0.4m (W). Weight 150ks
