St Modwen Developments Hilton Business Park

DNS awarded earthworks and stabilisation operations for development works at Hilton Business Park in Derbyshire. Due to commence early April, this estimated 5 week project will include the design and construction of lime stabilisation works to form a solid platform. The 12,000 sq. mt project will house a new car depot neighbouring existing industrial units & associated offices, situated on the four-acre site at the Hilton Business Park, in Derbyshire. The scope of works will also include the removal of redundant drainage and all earth works completed using GPS operated plant machinery.
