What our alarm maintenance includes

• Check the system log/history since the last service

• Visual inspection of major components, cabling and accessible connections for signs of deterioration or damage

• Test mains power supply, including charging rates

• Test standby battery and charging rates

• Walk-test all detectors

• Check and test audible warning devices for correct operation

• Test the operation of manually operated devices (e.g., panic buttons)

• Check and test remote signalling equipment (where applicable)

• Make adjustments or minor programming as necessary

• Repair minor faults where possible (additional costs may apply)

• Provide user training (if required)

• Log all test results

• Return the alarm system to full operational status
