Envair TSS Cleanrooms for Immediate Occupation The Envair Transportable Sterile Suite (TSS) is proving to be a popular solution for organisations seeking to expand or develop their cleanroom services. The TSS is a complete bespoke functional facility comprising change areas, preparation rooms and aseptic rooms built to EC GMP Grade C or B. Air handling plants can be either integral or remote. The floors, walls and ceilings are high quality, easy to clean, coved and welded 2 mm pvc. Step-overs and pass-through hatches are fitted and the TSS can be supplied complete with Envair laminar flow equipment. The 'fitting out', which is entirely to the customer's requirements, is normally carried out at Envair's factory. The preconstructed and pre-equipped modular units are then delivered to the customer's site, mounted on foundations and quickly brought into service. Envair are very experienced in designing layouts to make maximum use of available space in purpose built single or multiple modular units. In fact there is no limit to the number of modular units that can be bolted together (the record to date is thirteen). The TSS concept can save time and money on a project or it can be used where the full lifespan of a conventional building is not justified due to other medium term plans.
