Whilst conducting a face-to-face consultation an Occupational Health Professional has the opportunity for conducting some basic examinations or to pick up on body language and other visual clues. This is therefore our preferred method for conducting an Occupational Health Assessment. However a telephone consultation can be an highly useful alternative and has several logistical advantages in so far as they can be arranged that much quicker, allows instant access to a geographically spread out workforce, avoids ill employees having to attend a venue, eliminates travel and saves everybody time & money.
