Flexitallic Middle East LLC Receives Saudi Aramco & Sabic Approvals

Flexitallic Middle East LLC, part of global sealing technology specialists, The Flexitallic Group, has received two highly-regarded customer approvals for its new facility in Saudi Arabia, which confirm the quality of its gasket products and manufacturing operations. The facility, which is located on the Dammam to Jubil Highway, has been fully approved by Saudi Aramco and SABIC for the production of the Flexitallic Group’s established range of advanced and innovative gasket technologies. Manufacturing the Flexitallic Group’s full range of semi-metallic and metallic gaskets, the company provides cutting facilities for the production of soft-cut gaskets from sheet material, which is held in stock. Flexitallic Middle East LLC’s operation was established in 2013 receiving its certificate of registration last summer. It began manufacturing gaskets soon after and securing agreements to supply products for a number of projects in the region while working towards these important approvals. In addition to the production and distribution of its specialist sealing products, Flexitallic Middle East LLC also provides complete technical application support and technical training through the Flexitallic Group’s Academy of Joint Integrity. The Academy is an Energy Institute approved training provider and delivers Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) mechanical joint integrity programmes to support the skills development and competencies of engineers. The facility in Saudi Arabia perfectly complements the Flexitallic Group’s existing facility in Ras Al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates, which is operated by Flexitallic LLC. Already established as the premier sealing solution provider to the UAE region, Flexitallic LLC is enjoying continued growth and is experiencing a period of investment, which includes $1m worth of new specialist machinery to expand the operation.
