Gretsch-Unitas Ltd

Gretsch-Unitas are a world leader in the supply of locking systems for the window and door industry. In 2002 we were approached and asked for help in developing a single piece keeper. This was a total project management contract. HH were involved in design and planning meetings assisting with the transition from a marketing idea into an engineering reality. HH manufactured the prototypes for market testing and sourced and costed all components, which included Rollformed Section, Metal Pressings, Injection Moulded Plastic and Coldformed parts. HH designed and manufactured a special purpose machine to assemble the componrnts. HH now manage the complete job and assemble the kits and pack for supply direct to the end user.
