Land Engineering took delivery of our high quality Hazeldean sandstone for the restoration of this church. It is an extremely attractive stone building initially built in 1612 to replace the 12th-century kirk in Gullane which was 'continewallie overblawin with sand'. Archerfield Aisle was then added in 1650, the first example of neo-classical design in Scotland. The tower was crowned with Gothic pinnacles in 1836. Interesting examples of stained glass including 'St Francis and the Animals', Margaret Chilton 1936.
