DOUBLE PARTS HANDLER INVESTMENT FROM ALBERT JAGGER

Albert Jagger have recently invested in two rotary component collectors from J&S Engineering. The Walsall based company placed an order for a pair of the RPH1000 'bucket' model to be utilised with their Citizen Miyano sliding head lathes and fully harness the unmanned capabilities of the CNC machines. Finished components are ejected from the lathe directly into the programmable rotating buckets of the parts handler where they are safely collected ensuring delicate surface finishes are maintained, as well as providing the storage required for a unmanned job. The portability of the unit coupled with an easily adjustable height mechanism, means that rotary component collectors can be utilised elsewhere around their shop floor to any machine if required. The height adjustment is made with an easy to operate winding handle. A built-in sump for oil and coolant collection includes a drain-back function directly to the machine, meaning Albert Jagger can also reclaim the oil / cutting fluids from the finished parts for instant re-use around their factory.
