Over the years, many of our apprentices have gone on to become integral members of our team, while others have pursued exciting careers elsewhere, often returning to work with us in different capacities.

The demand for apprentices fluctuates, and we've noticed shifts in interest over the years. Last year, we saw fewer applications, but this year, we were inundated with impressive candidates. This renewed interest is encouraging, showing that young people still see value in hands-on, practical careers.
While we typically focus on electrical apprenticeships, we are also exploring opportunities in engineering. With growing interest from candidates looking to develop engineering expertise, we are working to create pathways for apprentices to move into these roles, further strengthening our technical capabilities.
Of course, like any training program, apprenticeships come with their challenges. One of the biggest hurdles is navigating the college system, as apprentices must complete their modern apprenticeship qualifications through external institutions. We’ve worked with multiple training providers, each with their own processes and challenges, from securing timely coursework to managing communication. Despite these obstacles, we remain committed to ensuring our apprentices receive the best possible training and support.
