Klauke micro - The all-rounder
The Klauke micro proves time and time again that it is a true all-rounder. Cutting, stripping, crimping wire end ferrules, crimping cable lugs, PV connectors and much more - it does it all effortlessly!
Stripping easily and safely
With the EKSD50ML, the first electromechanical stripping tool on the market, conductors of all cable classes (1, 2, 5, 6) with cross-sections of 6-35 mm² can be stripped precisely and efficiently. It is suitable for numerous insulation materials, including halogen-free PVC
(H07VK), XLPE (e.g. solar cables), rubber hose cables (H07RNF) and silicone cables (SIF). Even “short-circuit-proof” cables such as NSGAFÖU with their increased insulation thickness can be processed effortlessly.
The advantages are obvious: faster and safer work, which prevents fatigue and overloading and therefore reduces downtime.
Versatile pressing
The Klauke micro impresses with its wide selection of crimping inserts:
- Crimping cable lugs and insulated cable connectors
- Special versions for Klauke R-series and DIN-compliant cable lugs
- Inserts for wire end ferrules and twin wire end ferrules

Effortless crimping of photovoltaic connectors
The new EKPV50ML with the PV dies are compatible with the MC4® connectors from Stäubli Electrical Connectors AG (MC4® is a registered trademark of Stäubli Electrical Connectors).
The polished inner surfaces of the dies ensure that the ends of the open PV connector are optimally guided. This significantly reduces the amount of incorrect crimping.
Precise cutting
Thanks to the new S502 cutting dies, the Klauke micro EC50ML has completely new functionality, as it can now cut the following materials:
- Cables up to 25 mm² (class 2 and 5)
- Copper bars up to 3 mm × 10 mm
- Steel cables up to 3 mm
Thanks to the pre-clamping and the motor technology, these cuts are made gently and precisely.
Efficiency through electromechanical support
The highlight of the Klauke micro is the PowerSense function. Manual pre-crimping is carried out with the same precision as with mechanical crimping pliers. Thanks to the manual holding function of the Klauke micro, one hand remains free to insert the cable. Stripping, cutting and crimping are then carried out automatically by the integrated motor - faster, easier and gentler.
