From our manufacturing base in Haverhill, Suffolk, we take master rolls of material such as Double Sided Foam Tape, we re-wind it into shorter length rolls, we slit the material to finished rolls of Double Sided Foam Tape, we Die Cut the Material into Double Sided Foam Pads, both in rolls and on sheets, we Kiss Cut bespoke shapes to match our Customer’s Drawings and we punch through to produce individual Die Cut Parts.

We do this with not only Double Sided Foam Products but also Non Adhesive Foams and Tapes and Foams and Tapes with adhesive on one face only (Single Sided Foams and Tapes).

Our processes work with virtually any flexible material, such as foils, fabrics, non-woven materials, cork, felt, plastics and specialist gasket materials. Our staff are friendly and have many years experience in the conversion of these types of products and will happily help you in the selection of the correct material and also the ideal format to suit your application.

We also pride ourselves on developing solutions for our Customers. If the exact material you need is not available “off the shelf” we will endeavour to make a product specifically for you.
