TRADE FAIR REVIEW OF THE ALUMINIUM CHINA IN SHANGHAI For the first time, MAKA Systems was an exhibitor at the trade fai in China. From 9 July to 11 July, the “Aluminium China” took place in Shanghai. For the first time, MAKA took part in this important trade fair for the aluminium industry in China with an own stand. The trade fair was an overall success and brought MAKA numerous new business contacts. In particular MAKA's positioning as a solution provider was very popular. Many customers of the fast-growing automotive industry were enthusiastic about the manufacturing of aluminium space frames for upmarket sports cars with MAKA's solutions. During the fair, Klaus Kern, Managing Director of MAKA Systems GmbH, and Haoyang Wu, Sales Director for China, were able to meet the decision makers of the largest manufacturers of aluminium parts - like Conglin Aluminium and Citic Dicastal - and to start common projects. In doing so, the growth strategy which MAKA has been pursuing since 2012 moved to the next level. In China, MAKA sees a great potential to benefit from the rapid growth of the increasing high-tech production of aluminium parts in the automotive industry. In 2015, MAKA will again take part in this trade fair and will even exhibit one of its own machines on a considerably bigger stand. In addition, MAKA will be exhibiting at the Aluminium in Düsseldorf - in hall 13, stand S21.
