A new range of bariatric heavy-duty seating developed in the UK and manufactured for the office and healthcare industry. The chairs not only look good but offer the required strengths and accessi-bility required for bariatric requirements. Supplied with hard-wearing fabrics and vinyls these chairs are easily cleaned and long-lasting. Chairs capacity varies from 203 to 320 kg. • Designed in accordance with BS EN 15373:2007 for severe contract use • Independently tested to FIRA FS 056:2009 at 47 stones (300 Kg) for durability and 52 stones (330 Kg) static load • All upholstery is flame retardant to BS 5852 part 2 to ignition source 5 • Anti-bacterial powder coatings are tested to JIS Z2801:2000 The range is currently undergoing rigorous trials in a variety of high traffic and demand de-partments within Foundation Trusts including: Antenatal, Bariatric, Dietitian / Weight Loss, A & E, Diabetes and Phlebotomy.
