Schenck Process acquires all assets in Applied Plasma Physics AS and APP ModuPower AS

Darmstadt, 16th January 2014 – Effective 23rd December 2013, Schenck Process has acquired all assets in the Norwegian companies Applied Plasma Physics AS and APP ModuPower AS (APP). APP is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of air pollution control systems and delivers state of the art technology with its core product the ModuPowerTM High Frequency Switch Mode Power Supply. “We are very excited that APP has joined the Schenck Process Group, especially since we already had a very close cooperation for years.
