NEW ATLAS WHARF DEVELOPMENT (LONDON) For the New Atlas Wharf project, a riverside development in London, FLAGON PVC served to waterproof the walking canopies that lead to the many gardens. The membranes were light enough to go onto the lightweight steel frames of the canopies, while adding to the desired look. Our solution was installed twenty-three years ago, and the aesthetics are still as stunning today as they were right after the completion of the project. 2. SAINSBURY’S DISTRIBUTION CENTRE (CHARLTON) When Sainsbury’s opened a brand-new distribution centre in Charlton, the use of FLAGON PVC ensured that, very soon after the steel frame was erected and the decking was installed, the 30,000 m2 roof could be waterproofed.
