Meet Our New Business Development Managers

As Weiss Technik UK celebrates a record-breaking year, we are thrilled to announce the addition of two new team members: Steve Harris and Roxanne Gale. Their diverse expertise and career journeys will bring fresh insights and tremendous value to our business, positioning us for even greater success as we look forward to a future of growth and innovation.

Introducing Steve Harris – A Seasoned Sales Professional

On 1 November, Steve joined Weiss Technik UK as Business Development Manager for the North of England. With over 30 years of sales experience, including 18 years in scientific and industrial sales, Steve’s career has been defined by his ability to navigate the needs of complex industries with precision and expertise.

Steve’s background in the Armed Services has been instrumental in shaping his adaptability and resilience—qualities that have served him well throughout his career. Having lived at 34 addresses in 56 years, Steve is adept at embracing change and building lasting connections wherever he goes.

Most recently, Steve worked with a fluid-based temperature control company, where he collaborated with many of the same customers we serve today. With a strong network across Northern England, Scotland, and Ireland, his familiarity with our customer base and market makes him an outstanding fit for the role.

Steve’s strategic mindset and extensive experience will undoubtedly strengthen our customer relationships and drive growth in the region.

Welcoming Roxanne Gale – From Dance Champion to Environmental Specialist

Roxanne joins Weiss Technik UK with a career journey unlike any other. Before entering the world of environmental test chambers, Roxanne achieved global recognition as a professional dancer, securing British, European, and World Champion titles in Line Dancing and American Couples Dancing. She also earned world titles in Waltz, Cha Cha, Two Step, and East & West Coast Swing.

In her 20s, Roxanne moved to London to pursue her dance career, but challenges, including three knee surgeries, led her to reimagine her future. This transition sparked a journey of exploration, taking her across Switzerland, Australia, and over 15 other countries, where she gained valuable life and work experience.

During this time, Roxanne discovered her passion for sustainability, which prompted her to pursue qualifications in Environmental Science and Environmental Management. Over the past decade, she thrived in a start-up specialising in automated environmental monitoring solutions, excelling in operations, quality assurance, sales, and account management across industries such as food, healthcare, and pharmaceutical storage and distribution.

Roxanne found her true calling in fostering meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored solutions. Her energy, creativity, and customer-focused approach make her an exciting addition to Weiss Technik UK as she embarks on this new chapter.
