Weiss Technik UK Showcased Battery Testing Technology at the Battery Cells & Systems Expo
On Wednesday 28th June – Thursday 29th June, Weiss Technik UK showcased our latest battery testing technology and solutions at the Battery Cells & Systems Expo at NEC Birmingham.
Experts from the Weiss Technik team were in attendance and on hand to discuss any questions you might have about our battery testing solutions. Mohammed Malek flew over from Germany to discuss Weiss Technik’s battery testing technology and demonstrate how our dry room systems work in battery cell production, including the safety technology we’ve developed to ensure operating environmental test chambers is as safe as possible when testing lithium-ion batteries.

Weiss Technik recently launched our new ExtremeEvent environmental test chambers at the Automotive Testing Show in Stuggart in June. This chamber was designed so that destructive battery testing can be carried out safely. This specially designed chamber allows mechanical, thermal and electrical abuse tests under constant testing conditions. The reinforced chamber design and the innovative flap mechanism for pressure release ensure the safety of both the operator and test specimen.
