A Personal Approach to Orders

Unlike many online retailers, we believe in a human-centred approach to order processing. While you will receive an automated email acknowledging your order, the rest of the process is handled personally. Our team will get in touch to confirm details, provide a VAT invoice, and keep you informed about delivery timescales.

Many of the products on our website are available as advertised, but we also collaborate with manufacturers to tailor standard products for specific applications. In some cases, we even design and manufacture bespoke solutions from the ground up.

Global Reach

While most of our business is conducted in the UK, we have exported to numerous countries across both hemispheres, with a particular focus on the Middle East. We source products from both domestic and international manufacturers, and on occasion, we arrange direct shipments from one country to another, bypassing the UK entirely.

Installation Support

We do not carry out installations ourselves, as most of our products are designed to be plug-and-play or can be installed by qualified local tradespeople, such as electricians, plumbers, refrigeration engineers, and heating specialists. However, we are always on hand to offer guidance via phone and email, ensuring a smooth installation process. If we don’t have the answer, we can direct you to someone who does.

Puravent was founded in 2003, originally focusing on pollen filters for vehicles. Over time, we expanded our expertise into air cleaning and heating solutions, shifting our focus entirely to air treatment products for commercial and industrial markets. Today, we pride ourselves on offering specialist knowledge and high-quality solutions for a broad range of air management challenges.
